Theatres

Mid-sized venues running their own production schedule. Integration with Spektrix ticketing, audience segmentation, show-level finance, marketing campaign attribution. Arcola Theatre is the founding user.

Festivals

Annual or seasonal events with concentrated marketing pushes. Audience growth campaigns, ticket release coordination, social media analytics, donor and patron management. The Good Vibrations Society festival is the first festival on the platform.

Community arts projects

Smaller-scale community organisations needing a newsletter, lightweight CRM, fundraising tracking, and basic marketing analytics — without the cost or complexity of stitching together a dozen separate SaaS subscriptions.

How tenancy works

Each organisation has its own tenant on the platform. Data is isolated at the database layer through row-level security policies, with isolation tested in CI on every change. Your operational data is yours; we cannot see across tenants by accident or by design.
