Marketing

Newsletter sending and engagement analytics, marketing campaign tracking, social media insights, web-presence health monitoring, server-side conversion tracking for paid social, and an end-to-end consent and tracking framework that meets GDPR expectations.

Producing

Show-level budgets, actuals tracking against those budgets, season planning, and the integration into finance reporting that makes producing decisions accountable to the wider organisation.

Finance

Integrated analysis layered on top of Xero. Beancount-based analytical ledgers for more detailed allocation. P&L by department, by show, by activity. Reporting that statutory accounts cannot provide.

Ticketing analytics

Integration with Spektrix (and ticketing platforms more generally) for sales analytics, audience segmentation, conversion funnel tracking, and feeding the marketing and finance modules with real performance data.

Fundraising — in development

Prospect tracking, application pipeline, Arts Council reporting integration. The next module in active development.

Participation — planned

Community and engagement programme tracking. Designed with particular care around participant data and consent.
